I've been a QuickBooks consultant since 1996 and have worked with thousands of small business owners who need an accounting package that not only keeps track of their financial information but also gives them quality information they can use to practively manage their businesses.

Not only does QuickBooks Premier 2010 fit the bill, but it also has many features that will save you time and money! My favorite new feature - the new Add/Edit Multiple List Entries tool, which allows you to:

* Enter Items, Customers, or Vendors data using an improved table format
* Copy and paste lists from Microsoft Excel directly into QuickBooks lists
* Edit one list entry then easily copy the changes to many

Before I started using 2010, updating list entries was a frustrating and time-consuming process. I either manually entered my lists changes one at a time, or I exported lists into Excel and then imported the changes back into QuickBooks. A task that used to take hours now only takes minutes!

I highly recommend purchasing this business management tool - you won't be sorry!

I really like some of the new features that 2010 has this year. The online banking is a snap and flexible for anyone that has used it in the past or is just learning to use it now. It saves a lot of time to import transactions rather then key all of them. I also really like the new list modification system.
QuickBooks is the best way for a small business owner to keep their books with as much ease as possible considering all the IRS laws.

I have been advising business clients on small business accounting systems for over ten years. I recommend QuickBooks not because my income is somehow tied to Intuit, I recommend it because it is such a great and easy to use tool. QuickBooks makes the accounting for a small business easy to do and yields the management information a small business owner should want and use. And, it gets better every year.

* The Document Manager is a great tool added in 2010. 'Attach' documents to transactions or list items in QuickBooks and have them 1)always at your fingertips, and 2)safe on an Intuit server. Access from anywhere you have an internet connection

* I like my clients to customize their invoices and other forms so they set themselvesd apart from their competition. Great new tools in QB 2010 to use already created custom form templates and automatically use the same design across all forms like invoices, statements, credit memo's, etc.

* More options for the Company Snapshot, a feature that more and more users will come to appreciate

* And there's more. Favorites menu, Save and Stay, Email Marketing service to name just a few.

I think QuickBooks 2010 is a great deal. It delivers a lot for the price.
