Managerial Accounting
Very disappointed with what happened. Ordered and was told that the book would be shipped the following day, something not true. Wrote to complain, I was told that it would take 15 days to get the book. Another lie. After 15 days, I wrote to cancel my purchase and demanded a refund. Again, haven’t received the refund. What kind of business ethic is this. I wonder I would ever do business with such companies again.

The item came in just as described and in the exact time frame it said it’d come in. The condition was true to its description. I couldn’t ask for any better. I’d definitely buy again.
