How Can I Start My Own Party Planning Business?

I’m interested in becoming a party planner, and I would like to know what type of education do I need in order to one day have my own party planning business? How do I start? what do I need to do? how can I start my own business in the future? As a head start, what can I be doing to prepare myself for this? I am ready and I’m really interested? Thank you.

  2. I’m not trying to prevent you from doing this but I think hiring a party planner is just a useless expense for a party, you can just think of your own ideas and search for things on the internet, and with the way things are today I don’t think people have a lot of extra money to pay other people to be creative for them.

  3. Experience is likely going to be more helpful than education for a party planning business.
