Financial Audits

These audits are carried out by employees of the corporation itself. The external audit is the audit of a corporate entity by external ? independent auditor(s); auditors examine financial records and summaries in order to verify their adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
