I received the book relatively quick so I am glad I didn’t pay extra for expedited shipping. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the associated learning CD was not included with the book but it was supposed to. It would have been nice to have the resource for additional support, practice problems, and practice tests.

This book looked like it had a few scrathes on the front aka a little bit of wear and tear otherwise its perfect.

I was very pleased with this order. I could tell the textbook was brand new from looking inside the book when I opened it. The book also came earlier than scheduled which made me very content. The only problem was that the book cover was damaged and I’m guessing it was from shipping and handling processes. But other than that I was quite satisfied.
